Oktoberfest at The Architect

Brush up on your German and dig out your lederhosen because Oktoberfest is returning to The Architect Bath.
Throughout October we will be pouring a cracking line up of authentic Bavarian beers on our bar, and in our kitchen we’re serving up a range of Oktoberfest favourites. Gather some friends, reserve a table and join us for some stein and dine:
Raise a Stein...
Löwenbräu Original 5% - A Helles Lager, and one of the official Munich Oktoberfest beers – Pouring at the festival since 1810.
Köstritzer Schwarzbier Black Lager 4.8% - Smooth & malty with a hint of chocolatey sweetness.
Bitburger Premium Pilsner 4.8% - A clean & crisp lager from Germany’s best selling beer brand.
Benediktiner Helles 5% - In the classic Helles style with a fruity aromas bringing ripe grains, yellow apples and hops to mind.
Erdinger Weissbier 5.3% (btl) - An amber & full-bodied wheaty beer with strong caramel notes – perfectly paired with Bratwurst.
Glühwein 1⁄2 pint jug - Traditional mulled wine spiced with cinnamon, cloves, star aniseed and orange.

This years festival will see the return of some German classics to our kitchen, look out on the Daily Menu for baked cambozola with rye and pickles and Bavarian pretzel with beer cheese, Bratwurst (of course!) including vegan bratwurst Kartoffelklöße (German potato dumplings with brown butter) and Chicken Schnitzel with sauerkraut and pickles
