Rates: The rates shown are per night per room.

Pre-authorisation: A pre-authorisation will be required on check in on either a valid debit or credit card. The amount will equate to the total amount of your stay plus a £50 per person, per night charge for any additional hotel spend. Full payment for your stay will be taken at check out.

Cancellation: Please note 24 hours notice must be given if you wish to amend or cancel your booking. If you cancel within this 24 hour period you will be charged for the first night of your accommodation.

Non-smoking hotel: We are strictly a non-smoking hotel. This includes all public areas, the main entrance and guest bedrooms. A charge of up to £100 may apply for smoking in the guest bedrooms.

Parking: Parking is free of charge

**Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Rate: If you have booked a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate there is a set allocation of £30 per person to eat off the main pub menu. Any spend over the allocation is to be settled on departure. The allocation cannot be used against drinks.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Cots for children under 3 years of age are free of charge. Extra beds for children 4+ are charged at a rate of £15 per night – please let us know if you require either. The maximum number of cots, or extra beds in any room is 1. Children must be 16+ to stay in a room on their own.
