October Dog Walk

Our October dog walk will be on Saturday 5th October, and we are hoping for dry weather. We would love to see some new faces joining our regular walkers, remember, you don't have to own a dog to join in. Walkers of all ages are welcome but bear in mind there are some stiles to cross during the walk. We meet at the bar at 10am for pre-walk complimentary bacon rolls, pastries and tea and coffee. We then head out for a 5kish circular walk returning to the pub around midday, which is just in time for the kitchen to open for some well-deserved lunch and a glass of your favourite tipple or warming hot drink. The walk is a free event, but we do try to keep count on numbers so book your place here. If you are planning to stay for lunch it might be advisable to book a table as we get very busy, just use the book a table link on the website and book for the dog friendly bar area or our outdoor covered terrace area if you want to dine with your dog. As we do every month, we support the Greyhound Trust Charity so if you have any loose change, please feel free to put your change in the charity box which will be on the bar.
