Head Chef Nic and his team have been ‘pushing the boat out’ and adding some fabulous seasonal seafood to our menu for the summer months
Whole Cornish sole, (on the bone), orange, fennel and olive oil sauce
Crab, clam, prawn, chorizo linguine, cafe de Paris butter, parmesan, fennel and samphire salad
Pan fried salmon, crushed potatoes, pink grapefruit and watercress salad, gribiche sauce.
