We have various private hire options available here at Sutton Hall, depending on the number of guests you are looking to accommodate. Library Room (Up to 20 people)
A small and intimate space with lots of light looking out onto our gardens. A favourite with many of our customers and perfect for smaller gatherings.
Priest Room (Up to 20 people)
Another small yet intimate dining space, close to the bar and hubbub of the rest of the pub. There are steps down to this room.
Earl's Room - (Up to 40 people)
This area is perfect for larger bookings. The area can be set up in various ways to suit your needs. We can accommodate small wedding receptions, birthdays, babyshowers, you name it.
You can use this with our smaller Priest room adding extra space and capacity for a real exclusive feel whilst still being close to the bar.
Business meetings in the Earl's Room - (Up to 40 people)
The Earl's room is also perfect for business meetings. We can arrange the room to suite your needs and have various food and drinks options available from coffees and tea's (and maybe treat yourself to some pastries), to buffets and and our full daily menu. There is also the option to again reserve the Priest room next door or the covered and heated, walled courtyard which the Earl's room can open out onto.
Garden Room (Up to 40 people)
Our garden room is a firm favourite with our customers with a beautiful high ceiling, chandelier and large windows looking out onto our garden it certainly offers a wow factor to your occasion.
Chapel Bar - Private Bar Hire - Up to 50 people
A lovely informal dining space with the option of private bar hire opening onto our stretch tent covered courtyard.
Covered Courtyard - Private Hire (Up to 100 people)
We recommend this area for larger, less formal gatherings. We don't offer this space for sit down meals, but we can provide buffet options and pre-ordered drinks packages. Our stretch tent area does have lighting, beautiful burners and blankets to keep you warm.
